Sue trained initially as a Montessori Teacher and then gained an Honours Degree in Early Childhood Studies. She went on to become an RgNI [Nursery Ofsted Inspector] before completing her Early Years Professional Status in 2005.
Sue has a wealth of experience in early years having run Oak House for 35+ years from her family home. Despite being an Early Years Consultant and Trainer herself, she still enthusiastically attends continuous professional development training, recognising the importance of keeping up-to-date, embracing her frameworks and continuing to seek new and exciting initiatives within Oak House.
