Alice is the daughter of Sue Marshall and spent her entire childhood growing up in the nursery, which was their family home.
Alice trained at the renowned Chiltern College in Reading and undertook placements in various Nursery settings before following a rewarding career as a Nanny to a lovely family in London, who had four children and with whom she is still very close.
Alice now lives in Brampton Abbotts with her daughter and is a fully Qualified Early Years Practitioner with more than twenty years of childcare experience.
